About Us: Our day to day lives consist of functional movements. At 212 we utilize functional equipment ranging from kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls, sleds, strength bands, suspended pull bars, dirty south bars, squat and bench racks, drop plates, snatch boxes, TRX Force suspension straps, plyo boxes, spin bikes, row machines, agility mats, rollers, agility balls, Ab mats, dumbbells ranging from 3lbs-100lbs, punching bags and battle ropes. We offer a superior level of service at very affordable rates along with online training for many of our clients who travel or live outside the state. Routine and consistency is key when trying to reach any goal. While you are on the road or away, we can train you in the convenience of your hotel room, gym or at home. We are excited and proud to offer Juicy Cafe products ranging from fresh cold press juices, gluten and dairy free salads, wraps, wellness shots and snacks. All products are made fresh daily.
Since 2002. 212 Health & Fitness has been dedicated and committed to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals with health and fitness. No matter what your level of fitness may be, we will push and help you to succeed. With a background in exercise science, athletic training, anatomy, physiology, eastern theory, treatment massage, and as a former athlete and Ironman triathlete, Jason Kaliloa has been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. As a professional for the last 20 years Jason has been designing and conducting fitness and nutritional programs for all ages and lifestyles and working along side with several colleges as an Athletic Trainer. "What separates my training techniques from other trainers is reflected in my own personal fitness goals and the practice of rehabilitating injuries. As an athlete I have always trained my body to stay in shape and avoid injury. Though I could not always avoid getting injured, I always found a way to regain full mobility and strength. By training all ages, genders, athletes and body types I have learned that everyone is unique and not one training regime or nutritional plan can be applied to everyone".

GROUP TRAINING
Motivation is one of the key tools needed to reach our goals. Group classes are offered to all ages and levels of fitness. We combine a variety of workouts from stretching classes, high intensity interval training, yoga, strength training, endurance training, aerobic and anerobic classes. While having fun and getting your sweat on, group classes are motivating, inspiring and a great way to push you and your peers to succeed.
CORPORATE TRAINING
Travel and time management is an essential part of our everyday personal and work life. Whether you travel for work or spend time running your children to and from doctors appointments, practices and school all day. We will put together a training plan that can be easily done from your hotel room or comfort of your home that requires little to no weights and just 30 minutes of your time.
